Returning an Unboxed Deal:
Unboxed deals may be returned within 14 days for a full credit, minus a 10% handling fee, if accepted by the supplier in writing and if the goods are in their original, undamaged condition. The customer must cover all delivery costs to the supplier’s designated premises. Exchanges for items of equal value may be accepted, subject to availability.
Quality Assurance on Unboxed Deals:
Unboxed Deals are evaluated and quality-checked to ensure they are in good condition before being offered. Due to minor imperfections or damaged boxes, they are sold at a discount. In some cases, devices may be repackaged in supplier boxes for shipping and the original box will be disposed of.
