Delivery
All our orders are picked up and delivered by RAM Couriers or Fastway Couriers – The Leaders in South African Logistics. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that your address and contact details that you’ve provided are correct to ensure they can get to you ASAP! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.
You can track your parcel via the SMS or email sent to you via the courier company responsible for your order.
Warranty
All products that are bought from Rugged SA are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified differently on the product page.
