All products that are bought from Rugged SA are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified differently on the product page.
How will my order be delivered?
All our orders are picked up and delivered by Courier IT, The Courier Guy, or Dawn Wing - The Leaders in South African Logistics. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that your address and contact details that you've provided are correct to ensure they can get to you ASAP! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders placed with cleared payments before 11AM daily are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed with cleared payments after 11AM daily are dispatched the next business day.
Normal Economy Courier Deliveries to all local addresses & SA main centres are delivered within 48 hours (2 business days).
Overnight Express orders are delivered within 24 hours (1 business day).
Please note: Parcel collections and deliveries only commence during weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8am and 4pm

Can I collect my order to avoid a delivery charge?
Yes! You can collect your order from our shop in Randburg. Please see our Store Locator for the address and directions. You just need to select the collection option on the cart page before checking out. This will ensure you don't pay for delivery. We will then alert you when the order is ready for collection and send you our address details.
Can I return my order?
Where will my device be fixed if broken?
All devices are repaired at the nearest local repair centre within Gauteng. NO DEVICES ARE SENT OVERSEAS FOR REPAIRS.

How do I pay for my order?
We have multiple ways that you can pay for your order all of which are secure. Please see them below:
One option is to pay by "Bank Deposit / EFT" which is still one of the most common payment methods in South Africa. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details and the reference number to use. We will start processing your order as soon as your payment has been cleared, which can take up to 48 hours.
Note: We bank with FNB so if you do as well, we should get your EFT payment instantly
PAYFAST - CREDIT CARD, CHEQUE CARD, DEBIT CARD OR BITCOIN
We also partner with PayFast, one of South Africa's leading secure payment processors to offer a number of additional payment methods, including credit/cheque cards (Mastercard or Visa), debit cards and even Bitcoin payments.
PayFast is selected by default at checkout. When you choose to use it, you're redirected to PayFast's secure website and then you can select which of these specific payment methods you want to use. Most PayFast payments clear instantly.
We also partner with SnapScan, a leading mobile payment solution.
